夏にはタコス

Just dive into a hot summertime, I really want to take a chilly taste to get a sweat. There are several foods representing the hottest countries in the world, one of the best for me is Mexican. Taco is easy to buy the material needed to gather and fun to make all ingredient rap up, and tasty without any questions. 

But in the place now I am living, tortilla skin costs too expensive, so will make it from cornstarch or flour powder in coming weekend for fun.

暑い夏に突入すると、汗をかくためのものを食べたくなる。世界には暑い国を代表する食べ物がいくつかあるが、その中でもメキシコ料理は最高のもののひとつだ。タコスは材料を揃えるのも簡単だし、作るのも楽しい。ただ、今住んでいるところではトルティーヤの皮が高すぎるので、今度の週末にコーンスターチか小麦粉で作ってみようと思っている。

真似して問うてみることで、自分もまた、

文学の一員であるかのように感じて、

心を休めている。

Bancha softcream

The things that exist in front of me, including me are consisted of the atoms and molecules environment here around, connected by energy. If the thing is made of material gathered from all over the world, it consumes an amount of energy to bring them from far away, during the consuming amount of energy.  The “bancha" soft cream, roasted tea leaf flavor of Ohyodo town, Nara pref, has been served to deal with local materials with low entropy. The reason that people love local foods probably is based on our minds preventing high entropy instinctually, I don't know. 

私を含め、目の前に存在するものは、エネルギーで結ばれた原子や分子で構成されている。そのモノが世界中から集められた材料でできているとすれば、遠くからそれらを運んでくるために、膨大なエネルギーを消費していることになる。 大淀町の番茶ソフトクリームは、地元産の材料で作られ、低いエントロピー消費で提供されてきた。地元の食材が好まれるのは、本能的に高エントロピーを防ごうとする心が働いているからなのかもしれない。しらんけど。
