Effect of walking for contemplation

Hi, Bloggers!

I book me to walk around my house about 4.5km after job everyday. It is a time of relaxation, joy and chance of flashing idea. I love walking more than run, and am able to walk as far as I like through a day. Walking in steady speed may bring me a sensory deprivation inducing information consideration inside brain. It is known as same effect as contemplation or meditation.

Our brain always demands information input through sensory organ. When quantity of input decline by walking in steady speed in common road condition, brain acquires relaxation, then produces information consolidation. By understanding the function of our brain, we can make up suitable condition for ourselves to produce innovation intentionally. However,  the result which you can get may depends on your way. Haha!
