Resisting to my temptation touching with digital devices during job, I am coming up with a way. It's very easy that just write down thing to do by the devises on a tag note to do afterward. For instance, checking FB, Tweet something, searching gossip and replying emails as well.
If you do not believe it, do it once for a trial. Temptation for running away to impulsive business catches us and snatches time intermittently. You will surprise that you are free from that temptation after you decide to write your impulse on a tag note. Why is it effective? It is cause of that your impulse satisfied with just expressing on a small paper. This mental phenomenon seems just like ventilating high-pressure air in a compressor. I think its wonderful that just only a piece of tag note save me from ramble use of time.
