勤務先である北九州市立大学ひびきのキャンパスの生協食堂へ東筑軒のかしわうどんがやってきました。ごぼう天とかしわ肉がのったうどん、それと名物のかしわ飯のミニサイズです。北部九州では鶏肉の消費量が多いそうで、かしわをこよなく愛しています。今回のコラボ商品がよく売れたなら、継続で地元名物の味を楽しみ続けることができるでしょう。大学生協の組合員さん以外も食堂で食べることができるので、ぜひいらっしゃってください。
The Kashiwa Udon from Tōchiku-ken has come at the university co-op cafeteria at my workplace, the University of Kitakyushu, Hibikino campus. It features udon topped with burdock root tempura and chicken, along with a mini version of their famous chicken rice. Northern Kyushu is known for its high chicken consumption, and people have a deep love for chicken. If this collaboration item sells well, we'll likely be able to continue enjoying the taste of this local specialty. Even non-co-op members can eat it at the cafeteria, so please come by.
